Your Experience with google adsense

Anybody experience here experience some glitches at Google Adsense? Is this scheme just too good to be true or for everybody? Are they punctual in sending payments? Why others are have to wait for ages before they will send the payment? In their program it says they will send the payment one month after you reached the payment threshold but for some people they did not send the payment even after 4 months! The trouble with adsense is that they don't have any email where we can send our inquiries and other questions, they only have a forum where we can post our grievances but the problem is, adsense would not promptly answer the inquiries either, it will only be replied by members with answers sometimes less than incomprehensible which did not satisfy our questions.
