Why I so sad?

This morning ,I don't know what reason,my mind filled with sorrow.Tears filled in my eye.Especially when I am on the way to go work by bus, on the bus,the driver took the CD which have slow melody,I fell very sad.Why?Maybe I dreamed a sad dream?But My EQ is so low?

Is all okay lately? If so maybe just the weather. At times with absolutely no reason at all, I feel sad and no explanation at all. Sometimes I feel the raining and cold make me feel a bit sad.
Maybe you are tied, are you getting enough rest, because sometimes for me when I am tired I tend to dwell on the negatives at the moment.

Thanks your analy,I think you are right.Maybe it is spring,the weather is cloudy.In my courtry ,there is idiom:shangchunbeiqiu,that mean grieve over the passing of sping or feel sad with the advent of autumn:shed tears over the change of seasons. I always thinking I am not so sentimental.

Sometimes I am afraid to think about the future. It seems there are dark clouds in front of me, and that my life is threatened. I should have a strong belief and forget the suffering of the past. Times might be getting hard, some friends might fall apart, I should go on. One should try to stand up straight and high, and hope that everything will be alright no matter what.
