Cyber Crime is Incrasing day by day

Nice discussion but you know good use for everything and bad use for everything. But really the world is not good I dont know why people misuse of good things

For me yes it is the kind of business today's so be a wake of it.

You know my friend. We can't blame those people doing things that really immoral to others...but if the government in every country have strict laws to protect the users from doing such things...that case will not be entertain. Since there is a law which is ensuring the freedom of expression. Those people used it to explore their business in that particular fields... But if the government has define the freedom of expression and tell to the people about it's limitation. This law did not abusively used in any manner... But democracy suppress only crimes which is defined under revised penal code and the court tells how and when crimes being committed. Cyber crimes is hard to impose because there is no international law about it. Every country has a law and no one can interrupt such without the cooperation between the two countries if there is a crimes in such particular cases... To prevent this crimes to happen. Government in every countries must have one laws to follow about internet users...not the protocol set by the ITU

Quite unfortunate indeed my friend but we live in a world where crime does not discriminate. As online users it is our duty and responsibility not to divulge so much personal information and trust upon strangers. So many take this for granted and later suffer the consequences. They only way to further protect ourselves is NOT give out so much information. I get asked often for pictures, information and direct names but what people do not understand is that all I am trying to do is protect myself from who knows what. It is the who knows what that I protect me daily from.

Theft, fraud, forgery, defamation, etc. through a computer is called cyber crime. It is increasing day by day because those cyber criminals find it easy to break emails or credit card or online bank passwords of some users who are not very alert and informed about the ways to keep themselves secure. Computer can be a target of cyber crime or it can be a medium or instrument to commit a cyber crime. As a target, computers are hacked. They are attacked by viruses and other dangerous softwares to steal information. Also email spamming, etc. As an instrument or medium for cyber crime, computers are used to blackmail someone. They are used for stealing of bank or credit card passwords. They are also used in terrorist attacks. Cyber Crimes which are subject to the Indian Penal Code are regulated by Cyber Laws. I do understand you. In my personal opinion, there is no way to stopping it or them completely. Cyber crime and real world crime are pretty much the same.. Same principle but different environment. The only thing to prevent this happening to you is to have proper knowledge on how to protect yourself online. Be cautious always cause cyber world is totally different world.

Unfortunately, crime is a way of life for some people, and, not only in the internet, if you think it, there is no reason for a person to become a criminal, there is always an alternative, and, a way to make a honest living. I believe that the problem is a lack of values. Law enforcement, is always a step behind, but, I think that actions are already being taken worldwide against, cyber-crime.

All type of person are here. Some one good some one bad, Crime is incrasing day by day in every field and net is not the exception to it. Remember where money involve crime reach there. To face this problem , we should take care our self. Cyber crime is a international crime so it is very hard to punish any one for this crime.

Hi Surekha, This indeed is a very sensitive issue these days. Lots of teenagers are getting exposed to Cyber Crime and have ended up their life even before properly experiencing this world. It has become very important to protect children and even adults from Cyber Crime. I don't know when such thing is going to stop but it has become very important to create awareness among people about Cyber Crime.

I think the most important thing to prevent Cyber Crime against retail customers is the very first education in how use the web itself, a sort of thing that lack quite everywhere in the world.
