Why is Twitter addictive?

Is it because we can see what others are doing?
It took me like two years until I could finally start to like, that's when I started to find real people, people that I know and it was really fun, and also now that everyone is in there, I can read news, find new gadgets, see the trends to know what's going on. Now I can say I'm a twitter.

Twitter is so much easy and fun to use. You can be updated to the world and also your favourite celebrities. I follow all the people i like and can know what is happening in their life within no time. Before, i would have to buy a magazine and believe the stuff they write but now i can know the truth from the stars itself. I just love twitter. Its amazing to see how people are converting into social bees.
Keep on twitting!

I love to Tweet as well, but I do not really spend that much time interacting with people on there or really following them. I mean, I follow hundreds of people, but I am not really on there all the time actually following what they are doing. Most of the time I just get on there, post my tweet and get back off again. The only other time I get on there is to check out my new followers. I do that every couple of days once I get four to five and do them at once.
Are you KatieO on there as well?

Hi katie: I don't know but maybe that's beacuse I am not a Twitter addictive.
Is it because we can see what others are doing? I don't think so because I can do this with Facebook? I don't know why a lot of people like twitter. For me Twitter is enough.

Well i don't know about twitter much but i am already addicted to facebook right now so i think that would be enough for me for now. I wouldn't want myself to get addicted to twitter also now that already my mom planes to remove internet from my home. I am so addicted that i don't even sleep the whole night and i sleep during class.
I like facebook also a lot. Now please don't tempt me with twitter also!
Cheers!

Hey dear, wait a sec there, you can't do that. You can enjoy facebook forever, but your studies are important. I'm saying that and being annoying sure because I was taken from my school, from my friends to come to Japan and it was like changing my whole life, after that lots of difficult stuff in here, please enjoy school for me :p
ok?
And you really like fb huh?
Hope you mom don't take the net away but that you limit it a little more
(sometimes I want to stay awake and online for like 27 hs straight!!!)

Yes it is really fun, I would like to know what you love the best? I'm seriously in love to the apps and to chat to strangers.
Maybe my own updates could work like a diary that I'll check in the future you know. Preatty good social network, I do prefer mylot maybe, but finally is fun to me.

for a time i got really addicted to it. maybe because i got the chance to communicate with people i hardly know but whose 'coolness' and spontaneity i really admire. i have access to firsthand information from celebs which makes me feel as though im part of their group even if i dont really 'talk' with them. would you believe i used twitter to track on people i know and check there whereabouts and what not. well i had two accounts. one was for personal stuff and the other was mainly to relay business information.i think twitter is sort of boring, but i enjoyed it more than i did with facebook. oh i never even attempted to use fb in the first place even if it was a fad, i guess i was just more interested in twitting.

I have multiple twitter accounts now, some are bussiness one is personal and I know what you mean. There are cool people indeed, we can feel by their sentences and it's cool to follow what they do and how they think cause we can learn a lot about it. When there's someone complaning I don't even start reading, it's depressing.
In facebook I've been because of friends and really, I don't find it fun. I'm a hudge animal lovers so we keep sharing those animals in need of a home, I play with the apps like quizzes, pools, other fun but I still can't find it fun. I think the only thing I need is interaction and I don't find that in faceboo, I added them, now here on my lot we actually talk to each other, I like that.
