Psychologists already said that when a child is touched they develope a better self esteem. Make your self to take the first step today to hug someone. At work? Too shy to just hug for no reason? Tell your co-worker you lost a bet. You're already home? Hubby/Wife already slept? Do it tomorrow first thing! I'm doing it! Today, well I do it everyday like I'm seeing my fiancé for the first time in weeks you know. He is a huggre too. The good thing is that it doesn't matter what about we are mad at each other, I and I'm sure he does too, forget about why was I mad. In a hug, spiritualists say we can exchange energy, but not any energy, THE GOOD ENERGY! You give something the person doesn't have, you grab something you need.

The people would realize, as we pass through a hug. Whether you're happy or sad, whether you love or not, whether we argue and encouraged all long for a cuddle ... sad that people are too rushed / busy to stop offering a hug loved one ... reach out when already too late ... I blend the beauty of feelings and emotions reflected by this gesture. For me, hugging is a confidential communication. Chaining my arms can be strong or fragile, selfish or generous, life-giving and deadly dreams ... Who really knows me does not always need words. It may simply be raising the arms for everything to be said ...

That is great advice. There is no doubt about it, we all like human touch and feel comforted by it. Hugging is something that mainstream society has shied away from here in Australia a bit, at least in public anyway. In my circles though which are more alternative with a lot more hippies, there is a lot of hugging between men and women alike as a greeting and a farewell.

Hi katie, what you said is said right, a hug by any one, like mom, friends, or anyone we like, we get new energy passing in our body, when we are out off mood and we get hug from our parents or loved ones, it gives a good feeling .

Hi katie: I've heard about this advbice and I think it's really good. However I have forgotten to do this regularly. You have made me remembered how important this is and I'll try my best to start doing it once again more often. I think problems and the things that make us feel busy make us forget that we are human and that these displays of affection are good and important too. ALVARO

The best gift you can give is a hug; one size fits all and no one ever mind if you return it.

You are absolutely right Katie. My hubby is coming back tonight after two weeks from L.A. I'll make sure i hug him so tight that all the good energy is transferred to him. He'll surely ask me 'what's the occasion' and i'll simply reply to him 'I just won a bet'.

Hi! Hugs are great sources of coming closer and it gives you a kind of soothing feeling which no other gestures could give. Human touch do wonders to us and I don't forget to hug, whom I need to and whom I like.

This is kindda' hard to do. Admit it a lot of people are too cold to buy this stuff. I could give hugs to my family and close friends but to workmates I doubt it. They would think it would be weird and corny. But this is a good way of promoting happiness in this troubled world.

Hugs are awesome to say the least. I do find that I usually have a better day when I hug a lot of people. At school just for fun I wore a "FREE HUGS" T shirt and I got literally over 100 hugs. That day was just awesome, and I felt amazing. And then other days when I don't get the opportunity to hug people, I get in a not so fun mood. But that could just be because I am a loving person. Haha
