long time ago, I let my teenage son attend a Alice Cooper concert. I even helped him do some makeup that was quite scary.
I am quite surprised at his straight forward manner and will listen to his music with a new ear.

For the record I am an atheist but, I thought id say something as an Alice Cooper fan. He is in fact, a born again Christian, which is why many people in the early days of the Alice Cooper band saw them as against the norm, so to speak. And yes, his father was a preacher but, was supportive of Alice Cooper (then Vincent Furnier) and even helped create the backdrop for their early stage shows.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Furnier years ago and he is a very nice, gracious man. I'm not surprised to learn of his faith because the minute or so I got to talk to him, he seemed to be a very kind, grounded man. He does a lot for the kids in Phoenix as well as other places. My ex used to spot him on the golf courses during corporate outings.

Wow. I'm glad you shared this. I would have had no idea that he was a Christian, nor how he is serving.
