Last week while checking my yahoo mail I saw a request from a lady, say 'xxx', to add me , so that she can acees my profile and get information, i accepted it, today while chatting with my son in yahoo messenger, he asked, who is this 'xxx' with whom you are connected, this name appears in your yahoo chat id, my daughter too asked the same question..
I am bit puzzled and upset, i cant see this, just don't know how to remove this..
Please help me friends
Thanks in advance
Cheers
Kalyani

My dear friend be careful because cyber crime is fastest growing and do not reply any unknown mail. Do not download any software and if possible change your yahoo password.

That is pretty freaky that she can do that. I would be afraid on what info she is sending in your name or what info she is getting of yours. I would change my password and see if that changes the situation. Pretty scary! Hopefully you figure out how to straighten this thing out.

hello kalyni! next time do not share to anyone your access information and passwords. Crimes are getting high tech already and they are also in the internet. You will or may not know what this xxx is doing to your account or if she will use this account herself. Inform your kids and then change the passwords of your account.

Block that xxx contact . Then change your password. That should work. If it were me, I would completely delete my account at Yahoo and register another. Hopefully He (it was probably not a woman} didn't obtain any critical information.
