Does this traffic exchange really help you build your list? I can't even imagine how I could get "buyer" subscribers from a traffic exchange.
I'm already building my mailing lists, not too fast but steadily on two primary niches. I will take a look at the website presented by you, let's see if I can evolve my list this way.

Yeah it helped me to build my list.
But I am using many other exchanges for building up my own massive list. :)

Bigger doesn't necessarily mean better. It's the list quality that counts!

True!
But Bigger Responsive List is always better..
However small list with huge conversion is awesome..
But I always prefer to break a big list in small targeted
list so that my offer shall be targeted and more relevant.
