Have any website i can chat with foreigner instantly? just like msn this kind of instant message, i want to know if there is any similar website ? Mylot provides a good platform for me to meet some nice foreigner friends ,but i can not chat with them like msn , if they are not online , i must wait for some time before they respond to me.Does anyone can do me a favor? introduce me some website doesn't need buddy certification.

Skype - With Skype you can chat and make free calling
Hi. An instant messenger similar to MSN, is SKYPE, even it is focused more on making web callings. With it you can make free calling but on Skype there is even a chat and you can search people by country, age, language, and chat with them as msn do. So I think there you will find what you're looking for. cheers

I'm sorry chendaimi but I'm not using it anymore, I downloded it some time ago but after I deleted because I never used it.

MyLot of course is a wonderful place to meet and make friends with people from countries around the world. Yes, as you say, it is not an instant chatting place. One place you might take a look is "icq.com". There are people from all over the world there too. You can chat like on msn.
