Has anyone watched the film "Hachiko: A Dog's Story?"
This film is one of my favorites and I love watching it over and over again. I made some research about this movie and I've learned that this is a Hollywood version of a Japanese film "Hachiko Monogatari" which is based from a true story.
There was a real Hachiko-- he's a japanese dog who displayed an extraordinary love and loyalty to his master. His master developed a deep relationship with his dog. Every morning, when his master goes to work, Hachiko walks with him to the train station. Every afternoon, Hachiko comes back to the train station waiting for his master's arrival. One afternoon, Hachiko waited in the train station however but his master didn't arrive because the latter died on that day. The poor Hachiko has no idea that he's waiting for no one. Hachi patiently waits for nine years-- hoping that his master will finally arrived. After nine years of waiting, Hachiko died.
One thing that deeply moved me about this movie was when Hachiko never stopped being loyal to his master until his death. I am really amazed with his love and loyalty-- something that no other animals/pets possess.

I would highly recommend you to watch this movie. You'll be learning a lot from the life of the master and his dog. The movie is very simple and yet it has full of sense and moral lesson that we can apply in our daily lives. You'll never regret spending an hour and a half of your life watching this film :D
