Idiots who throw things out their car windows.

I love to help protect and clean up the enviroment. That's why i help clean roads in my community. But today, I saw the most awful things. Morphine was just sitting there, and all these strange colored pills were everywhere. Such a health hazard to anyone, especially children who didn't know what it was and ate it. Who are these idiots who throw drugs and alchohol out their car windows? How do people even get this stuff if it's illegal? I thought cigarrettes on the street were bad, but if that's how some think I don't really want to be associated with them as a human.
