Log-in Problems in Yahoo.mail, Gmail, and even Facebook

yesterday I've encounter earth hour day.. which we experienced an hour blockout to save electricity and the mother earth.. but when my sister turned our computer on when the electricity came back.. she couldn't log-on in yahoo.mail, gmail... and even facebook. I haven't try to log-on in mylot yet i don't understand why it was happening... I tried to install an anti spyware and scanned my pc... i also tried to disable the connection and restart the pc.. and even to reset the modem.. nothing happen... please help me guys....
