New PTC sites - tell me your thoughts

I'm sure those earn money in Internet marketing have seen the new PTC sites with incredible 'benefits', namely earn 2-10 cents (even $3-$10). What I'd like to know is your opinion. Some are quite probably scams, as can be seen in different forums concerning cheating programs. The new sites tell the minimum amount for cashout but when you try do cash out, you get told you have to invest before you can request payment. What do you think the 'investment' is?
