how do you reactivate the menu bar in ie8 while using windows 7??

i just seem to have deactivated my menu bar, any suggestions??

I think you are taking about menu bar in your web browser but anyways if you press Alt key it should take you to menu bar then go to view toolbar and check menu bar hope this helps you
