So I've been thinking of hobbies i go could for in my spare time. Photography was one i had been considering the most, and i finally decided to go with it as i find it relaxing, and quite interesting, especially when looking back at the photos you've captured. But i would love some reccommendations on some good digital camera for an amateur photographer, as well as some info on where i can find tutorials. Feedback will be most appreciated.

I suggest canon brand cameras. Or try having sasung st550, the higher the megapixel of a camera has, the better pictures you can have.
mmm are you asking for a tutorial on how to use the camera or how to take good pictures? If it's how to use the camera, pretty much everything will be on the manual. If its about taking good pictures, check out imphotorepair.com, they have tons of tips and tutorials with illistrations there.
Taking pictures really is relaxing and it gives you the feeling of 'I'm great!' whe you took good shots.

What's great about photography is even if you shoot a dumpster you can still consider it as an art. From what I understand, you have to take note of the lighting very carefully. Also, make sure you're getting the blur right (I think they call it "f-stop") so that the object of the image is the one in focus.
