did anybody transfer their money from paypal to their bank account in INDIA?

Hai i didnt tried to withdraw paypal balance to my bank account because by mistake i gave wrong name while creating paypal account and to link paypal with bank my paypal name and bank name must be same so i didnt gave a try that,i just do shopping with paypal and if i want money,many people in my circle need paypal money what i do i take money from them and send paypal balance to them,like that i get cash instantly no headache nothing,i thing this is best than bank withdrawl,but now am very sad my paypal is under limitation now and am not using paypal

I have not made any transactions after the new rules , have to check it as soon as possible . Even i have noted my balance to be stable even after 20 days , probably they have not implemented the change completely .
