What do you think about mother who abort her baby?

Hi aerous, I too am totally against abortion, there are a number of ways to prevent getting pregnant in the first placce. But only because a woman is getting an abortion, we cannot judge her as being a bad mother! The reasons why she is having to get an abortion may justifying her actions, the reasons that we do not know of, so we cannot be judgemental against her. Also, probably getting some preventive measures would not have been in her hands so she is having to go through this!

Life is the greatest gift given to every single creature here on earth, and life must be given value what ever it is or who ever it is. A mother who killed her unborn child is definitely and bad person and she does not even deserves to be called as a "Mother" . The first day a mother knew she was carrying a life in her womb, must see that as a blessing and not a destruction or a bad luck from her side. If a mother killed her son/daughter, it's a crime. So, if a women killed her innocent unborn child through abortion she has to be labelled as a criminal not only in the law but also from the eyes of God. For the women or mother who did abortion, it is not the answer to spare your life from misery. They must think first before getting pregnant and face the consequences and don't take child's life for their own good. Killing someone will never be good or will ever be right. Hi, I would not say a mother who aborted her baby is a bad mother. If she were to do that, she must have a reason behind it. And we won't be able to understand how sad is she having to do this abortion. Sometimes, it is due to bad situation,that's why a mother will opt for this option just to save her life and also to make sure her baby won't be suffering like her before her arrival. I believe no mother is eager to abort her own child,unless the situation is forcing her to do so.

depending on the situation. reasonable abortion if the fetus is endangering the mother or fetus to die in the belly of the mother or the fetus grows in the wrong place. but now, abortion became the norm. the indulgence in lust, and turn off the life of the innocent. when they do not know that abortion also have a negative impact for the mother ... may be useful and hopefully we avoid catastrophe.

Hmm... ok. So, what is referred to here is abortion that is intentional, as opposed to accidental, or spontaneous (miscarriage), just to clarify... I believe that a new life begins at the moment of conception, and taking the life of an innocent, unborn child is bad. Even if the pregnancy is a result of rape, or whatever other reason... the child is not to be blamed for the unfortunate circumstances the mother finds herself in. The child has a right to live, and this should not be taken away from him/her. Now, going to the case of your friend, aerous... I can't say whether she is a good or bad mother based only on her decision to abort this baby. She must have other children, and she probably thinks that grabbing the opportunity of working abroad will be good for her family. However, I still do not think that is reason to abort her baby. If it is the recruiter or agency or employer that does not allow her to be pregnant, then why can't she choose to wait 'til after giving birth, or look for another job? Personally, I do not think money should ever be chosen over life...

If you would consider abortion in a medical view, there are a lot of types of abortion. If it is not intentional so you should not judge one if she is bad. But when one did it because of unwanted pregnancy then that's the time you could judge her. If she don't want the baby then why engage in activities that would make one. Doing that thing is for two consenting married adults to procreate and not just be use by anyone to recreate.

I am absolutely against abortion. There are so many people out there who are unable to have children and are looking to adopt. I understand that there are circumstances where the parents just simply aren't able to take care of a child, that is why there is adoption. It saddens me because I know of several couples who have not been able to have children, then there are those out there who abort there babies simply because they were to irresponsible. I do agree though that there are people out there that just should not be parents, or aren't ready to be parents, but that is no reason why an innocent life should be ended when there is someone in this world who would love that baby and take care of that baby.

Murderer, of course, what else? Mothers who tried eliminating that little creature inside their wombs should be the once sent to hell immediately. These mothers who are afraid of scandal or embarrassment by the public but are not afraid of the punishment by God. If they do not want to have babies, they should not get into premarital affairs, in the first place.

I firmly believe that killing their baby is one hell of a crime. That makes the mom a monster for doing it.

I dont think their either. Every person may have a different reason for doing so. What if a woman was raped and she is getting rid of the baby because of that? She certainly has the right to. If it's someone who just can't handle having a kid, or even going through 9 months of being pregnant. I believe everyone has a right to do what they want. I think the best case would be to give the child up for adoption if you can't take care of it, but also as I said the 9 months to hold the baby they will have to go through as well.

I wont ever give a second thought as regards my response to this discussion. For any act done by a woman, the woman is already doomed for a consequence. Biblically, it is a sin. No one is deprived of his/her life. The mother is condemned to hell as she'll be judged by God that way. Any grievous act done has a corresponding consequence which could either be reaped now or later. We have several advocacies as regards NO TO ABORTION yet many are unaware of its consequences. God hates it and so do advocates like me. Those kinds of mother are those who are fearful of facing life thereafter and dont seem to come out in the open. I just cant help but pity those mothers/women attempting and executing such act.

Abortion is killing and that is not accepted no matter what your reasons are. You don't have the right to kill because it is God who gave us our life after all. Every child is a blessing from above. How can you love yourself when you can't even love that baby inside your body.....How can you live normally after aborting a baby. Babies are so adorable.

I think that the friend is not what defines a mother for good or bad. Circumstances are important because that is an abortion but her excuse. She is doing what she feels necessary and has every right in the world to do with her own body..do people question what everyone else does with their lives? well..actually some people do because they think it is their right to judge other people but actually, only God can judge and not a single living human being can change that even as they wish desperately that they could..abortion is part of life and some just have a hard time accepting that..imagine all the poor children that would suffer if not for abortion? In most cases, the mother did the right thing..it was better that way!

Personally I wouldn't ever have an abortion. I found out that my son has spina bifida and hydrocephalus at 36 weeks pregnancy. I was offered an abortion and I said no way. However some ladies that are expecting a seriously disabled baby do decide to have an abortion. It is her personal choice and it is sad that her child doesn't have the chance to live. Some mothers to be do that to avoid her baby suffering so that would be more understandable than a mother to be that aborts for social reasons. I think that is is totally wrong to abort a baby for social reasons and this makes the mother to be bad. In life though people do make mistakes and sadly the clock can't be turned back. Abortion is murder and adoption is giving an unwanted baby life. Some people in my home country think because it is legal abortion is the right thing to do. In a normal pregnancy the limit is 24 weeks pregnancy in my home country for a lady to have an abortion. I feel sorry for the innocent babies that are aborted. They are the missing people of the world and it is unfair that their own mother decided to have him or her killed in an abortion. A mother is meant to be loving towards her child. So a good mother loves and cares for her children.

really and truly i do think it is right and it is very unheslthy to the mother and sometimes you are not able to make children when you really want to have children, if you think that you cannot support that child there are other couples and women who cannot have children that will appreciate your child and you can still communicate with the child. I lost my child because the child was growing in my tube i really want a child and found out that i cannot have due to an illness i have. So please dont aborpt not sure when you will want one

Abortion has nothing to do with being a good mother or a bad mother. No mother would like to abort her fetus unless nad until there is some problem with it. In any case the woman would have cried at heart when the baby was terminated. A friend of mine did not listen to the doctor's or her parents when she was advised abortion and ended up having an mentally challenged child with multiple problems. Now tell me was she a good mother or a bad one? She is suffering alongwith her daughter and will be a problem to her family for the entire life. So the situation is very important when we see a mother aborting her child. Happy mylotting.

A bad one! They only think about theirselves. They don't want to face humiliation, (if in case they're unmarried and/or teens) they don't want to trouble themselves caring for a child. Why make one if they know they don't and can't brought up a child. But of course there's always an exception. For me it's okay to abort a baby if they were made because of a rape case. Letting it be brought out to the world will only make both the mother and the child suffer.

Plain irresponsible. First doing an act without thinking of any possibilities of getting pregnant is irresponsible. Again, neglecting to face obligation because of weak reasoning is irresponsible.
