Fan make a noisy noise

My laptop had once slipped from my hand and fall down to ground. It does not broken and still well functions until today. But the problem is, the fan now make a noisy noise. I need the laptop, that why i do not send the laptop to be repair. Do you think what makes the fan make such noise?

The fan is probably broken and needs to be repaired or replaced. There is a slight chance that the fan might want cleaning. Just an idea.
