Do not FRET and FUME quickly because it harms the health.
Hear to others saying patiently which develops will and also simultaneously wins others heart.
Listen to others patiently even though it is not interesting, this develops the power of attention.

No, i neither fret nor fume.Even during my younger days i was always calm and cool headed and that trait which i believe is my nature still exists at the present. I have learned not to take life too seriously and maintain evenmindedness even in the most irritating circumstances.Giving way to ones emotions, as you have rightly said, causes mental tension leading to severe health problems. So it is best to be calm and cool but this does not come easily. One has to do certain practice to reach such states like Yoga, Deep breathing exercises or Pranayam as they are called, and deep meditation. I am practising all of these and they have helped me immensely.I recommend these to every body especially to those who lose their cool very quickly.

I have already read most of the books written by Swami Sivananda around 20 years ago.I am following the Path of Kriya Yoga .Have you read 'Autobiography of a Yogi' by Paramahansa Yogananda? If not please read it as you will come to know about Kriya Yoga, one of the most powerful techniques of Yoga which leads one to Sekf Realisation.

Not usually, I find it takes a great deal for me to be upset. I don't see too many things in life to be so cumbersome that we should worry too much. When others attempt to upset me I am one to really listen and re-evaluate to see if there is something perhaps to have caused the issue but not so much that I will fret and fume.
I on occasions can worry a bit about my own issues but it does not take long for me to divert and recoup.
