What would you do after waking up from your sleep?

Besides doing our usual routine of washing ourselves, visitng the toilet and bathing after having waking up from our sleep.It is interesting to find out what everybody does after waking up from their sleep or start the day.
One of my friends shared that having a good breakfast is very important. She will make her cooking so aromatic that all her room mates would not be able to continue sleeping. While her roommate will be praying and doing physical exercising before her breakfast and nobody would be able to continue sleeping either as her prayers and exercise oommentaries filled the air.
While another friend of mine thinks that looking beautiful is so important to her so she would spend an hour on her makeup and blowing her hair every morning.The sounds of the blower would be heard and perfume smells could be sensed even from a far distance.
There are also friends who don't brush their teeth or wash their face before eating breakfast. So what would you do after waking up from your sleep??

It depends whether it's a holiday or a working day. If it's a working day, I will do my routine such taking supplements, taking baths, packing up my laptop and rush for work. If it's my holiday, I will enjoy a good breakfast in the coffee shop and read some books or newspaper.

Thanks so much, cheongyc. I really appreciate your favourable response. Yes, our routine during working days and holidays, differ because we are more relax during the holidays and need not rush or go to work.
Gosh!I would feel so refreshed, relax and happier during the holidays. I usually go running for miles as I have all the time to myself. I really enjoy running amongst the greens in the hill or park.
And I would also enjoy a good breakfast at the coffee shops and newspaper as you did. I feel that whatever a person does after waking from his/her sleep if fine for as long as they greet the start of the day with cheerfulness, happiness, thankfulness, peace and good wishes. Do you think so?

Hi ketping, I usually take a big mug of cold water and then do a little belly massage after getting up. I was told to do this during my teenage. It's believed that this would help to promote the bowel movement help in removing the waste as well as the toxin It has become routine since then.
I would wake up athomatically when I have enough sleep. What time I wake up it usually depends on time I go to bed. I feel energetic the following day if having six or seven hours of proper rest.
I really enjoy eating and breakfast seems to be the meal which I could eat heartily. I have my breakfast after an hour or so after the water drinking. There are huge range of delicious food available here in our place. For the health purpose I usually pick those which are believed to be healthy and nutritive to eat most of the time. to satisfy my appetite I would taste the "unhealthy food" that I crave for occasionally.

Hi Ikbooi, thank you for your response. Nice of you to shared your unique method to promote bowel moment. I would also drink at least a litre of cold water on waking up but I did not massage my belly. I will try your method and find out for myself.
Yes,it is good of you to be able to wake up automatically when you have enough sleep. And it is recommended that we sleep for at least 7 hours daily. So yours is regarded as a very healthy routine, Ikbooi.
Glad to hear that you eat your breakfast heartily, ya. It is said that it is healthy to eat like a king in the morning, as a queen at lunch and as a pauper in the evening.You are really lucky to have a variety of delicious food in your place for you to enjoy yourself. And with a sound knowledge of what is healthy and what is termed as "unhealthy food", you will lead a very healthy and good life.
