Do Traffic Exchange Sites Help You Get Referrals?

A while back, I read somewhere (I don't remember where) that traffic exchange websites is an okay way to get some referrals. Recently, I've been trying to get direct referrals instead of renting them from bux websites. I want to know: Do traffic exchange websites help you get referrals? If so, how much referrals have you gotten? I'm willing to work a bit, even if it's just for one active referral. Also, what traffic exchange websites do you recommend? Thanks!

From my personal experience i dont consider traffic exchange to be a good way for getting referals, i havent got a single referal from any traffic exchange website, so in my opinion they are useless

I have gotten referrals for a few different programs using traffic exchanges. I have also earned money from my traffic exchange and cashed out a couple of times.
My favorite traffic Exchange is listed on my profile page.. HBP or Hits Booster Pro
I have been using this exchange for years now.

no, not really. Traffic Exchange not great for getting referrals because it's a "Traffic Exchange", its a place to getting traffic but sometimes i got referrals from Traffic exchange site but most of them were inactive.
If you are willing to work a bit to getting referrals for free then you should go to forums like emoneyspace.com or any online forum on the internet.

i use easyhit4u and i put like 500 credit surfing in one site and i get one referral, i also use smile traffic and i get 2 referrals, but is to slow and get few referrals.
