If we enjoy laughing, do you really need a prescription?

Some researchers think laughter just might be the best medicine, helping you feel better and putting that spring back in your step. However, I believe that if people can get more laughter in their lives, they are a lot better off.

I had some issues with depression. Laughter did make me feel better, but when I was really down I just...couldn't laugh. But, generally, if you're not clinically depressed, then laughter does, in fact, work.

I agree laughter is the best medicine. I always think that its the best thing to do when you are in trouble and when you are not feeling very well. There were times before when my friends feel sick and we always call our other friend to make her laugh and it was always effective.

People who believe in the benefits of laughter say it can be like a mild workout, and many offer some of the same advantages as a workout.

There's no need for a prescription for laughter. It's beneficial to everyone and it's for free. Laughter makes our lives lighter and healthier. We should always find something to laugh, but not at the expense of others though.

Yes simplyd, laughter stretch muscles throughout our face and body, our pulse go up and breathe faster, sending more oxygen to our tissues.
