I had exams, assessments and family things 2 worried about last week. So I didn't sleep very well. Technically, can't sleep, like 2-3 hrs a day??? I don't take any pills 2 help me 2 sleep like others do, take some Melatonin or sth. I just wait, or find sth to read So what to do if U can't sleep? 1. Drink some hot tea ( herbal ), a cup of milk with biscuits 2. Take pills, like Melatonin 3. Reading, listening 2 music until u tired 4. Give up the thoughts of sleep, do sth else, working or studying 5. Superstition?... 6. Make a phone call, talking 2 someone What will U do?

I don't usually have problem sleeping but at times i do. I've heard a warm cup of milk before sleeping helps but I don't know how much of truth is in there. Anywya when I can't go to sleep, I try thinking of things what I did from early in the morning, step by step. It's so boring that I fall asleep without knowing LOL. maybe you should give it a try too. Works wonders to me

Dear friend, There were times long back, that too very rarely I do had sleeping problems. But whenever I do exercises that day I could sleep well, may be because tiredness. Sometimes if I do not feel sleepy I may just view movies or browse internet.

Relaxation techniques like listening to a song that promotes sleep or there are available recording of natural relaxing sounds of the beach and birds twitting in record stores. I can also suggest aroma therapy that helps soothes and calm our mind promoting sleep.

A warm, soothing bathe before going to sleep works for me. Try it!
