It's not a coincidence that Sen.Panfilo Ping Lacson's return to the Philippines after months of hiding came in as not a surprise but reprieved to his cases pending to the courts in the Philippines but to what EXTENT that the embattled senator has to offer as he is the accuse of murder in his time as Philippine National Police Chief?
