It is very common to be afraid of exams/tests, so you are definitely not alone. I was a horrible test taker throughout my school years. I know the information, but once that piece of paper is placed in front of me, my brain freezes. I have been out of college for a few years now, so I have not had to take any exams, but if I attend school again to earn my masters' degree, I will most likely have to come face to face with the exam.

I hate exams. I do feel a little pressured by them. I feel better about them when I have a study guide though. If I don't have that, I am trying to retain all kinds of useless information. You never know what the instructor will ask..lol. I usually just become determined and try to focus.

Yes, exam is scary if you are not ready or prepared, and if you know that your knowledge is not enough and very limited to few topics. But if you study well or you know that you have a lot of knowledge regarding the coverage of the exam, then it will be exciting and challenging. To overcome it, you should really prepare for it, you should not go in a battle without a weapon, you should study the coverage so that you can do well for the exam.

Sometimes I feel it, sometimes I don't. It depends on how well I prepare it. My suggestion is, being calm before the exam, you can do this by meditating. Preparing perfectly for your exam will give you confidence, and you won't be scared anymore.

when i was still a student i never felt afraid for exams, i review the night before the exam and feel some rest so that i will be ready to take the exam with fresh minds and knowledge gain from what i reviewed, if your not good into rush review, i guess all examination dates are announced atleast one month before the date, so you have enough time to review, you will only be afraid of it if you know you have nothing to answer.

I was never a huge fan of exams. Even when I felt ready for an exam, I still did not like them at all. I just felt really nervous. I don't know if scared is the right word, but I was definitely nervous. I don't know what it was. That's just the way it was for me.

I'm not so really that scared about exams. I primarily overcome it by studying really hard before the exams. If you know you did your best studying you wouldn't be so afraid taking it. But I'm not that confident though because I only study those parts that I think are important especially when I'm on a time constraint.

hi! I personally, isn't afraid of exams. What is to be scared of?... the important thing is that you have prepared for it not only mentally but also physically and spiritually. before taking any exams you must make sure that you have reviewed about the subject enough for you to feel confident that you can pass the exam. the night before the exam you must take enough rest, so that you will have the energy to take the exam. And most especially is that before starting the exam you must pray and ask for guidance, help and peace of mind to think clearly while taking the exam.
That's all I can say. Good luck!
