how to gain some weight?

hi guys..i know this is some kind of weird question because most people ask to lose weight...but really i am planning to gain some weight... because it becomes necessary to me..well if you know any way then please tell me..i am waiting for your reaplyand hope it will help me to gain some...

hmmi suggest you to less eat rice,specially bread,and before you eat drink one glass of water first.

Well ,I think you should first of all check why you need to gain some weight.Then analyze why you have not gained enough weight.As long as you make up your mind to gain some weight ,I have some seggestions:Take more exercise, eat more,and have enough sleep everyday.It's a healthy way.

actually i want to gain some weight because i am now in underweight category that is my weight should be more than what is now.....thank you for your suggestion....i have checked thoroughly by doctor and all the reports regarding the tests are normal.............

You gain weight by consuming more than your required calorie intake. I'm not saying you should compute yours, you don't need to. Usually, 2000 to 2100kcal is the standard for all of us so just eat more than that. Also you need to be less active because it only entails you to burn more fat. You can see how much calories you're gonna eat by looking at the back of every pack, the nutrition table. Basically, what I'm trying to say is eat more and move less.

When most of us are worrying on reducing weight, here you are asking our help on some tips on how to gain weight. Anyway, the best way I can think of is to eat carbs and be sedentary. With that, you will surely gain weight in no time. Overeating might help and lack of exercise. The thing is, these tips are unhealthy if you are to really look at them closely. So try to enjoy your slim body 'cause when you reach a certain age and you start to change your appetite, your body structure will surely change as well.

I gained some weight by accident when I was drinking soy and whey protein shakes. I bought the powder from a vitamin shop with the intention of gaining more muscle and burning fat. But in contrast, I ended up gaining at least 5 pounds.

hi,putting on weight is not that hard comparing to loosing the fats acquired.Just eat as much as u can , keep away stress , problems and tensions.Eat well and sleep well.You will put up weight.

After eating, try to sleep. Eat something not necessarilly heavy every after 2-3hours, in that way the blood sugar will stay on your blood stream then turn it to fat. hmm, why don't you do just eat, sleep, watch tv, and visit the CR as your cycle for a couple of days.

Increase calorie consumptions can help you to gain weight, but try to find foods that are good for your health. Increasing your intake of junk foods or greasy foods is not a good way, they are unhealthy.
Eat healthy foods with omega-3, such as tuna, salmon; those with good source of protein, such as lean meats, fish poultry, nuts, seeds; and fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
Another thing is you may try to eat more smaller meals a day, rather than 3 big ones. And sleep well. Hope this will help.
