Have you been to government offices and had a transaction?... well, I have. I should say that i had the most tiring day ever and I guess I will be experiencing this for the rest of my life now that I am no longer a student. The thing that bothers me is that why does it have to take a long and complicated process. We have to go to different departments, and go back to the other and so on. Because you have to first comply some documents but the department offices are far and you have to travel again and then go back. And not only that because you have to wait for several minutes and sometimes hours to finish one transaction. I just hope that they would make the process easier and more convenient.
