How do I get referrals?

Referrals are a huge part of earning money online, but they are so difficult to obtain. What are the most effective methods of obtaining referrals? I've tried GetRef, but it takes ages to earn enough credits to get referrals. GetRef would be more effective if I had referrals on that, ironic huh? Another problem is, the few referrals I can get, are never active, and most of the time, sign up, leave the page and never return to it again.

Most effective way to get active referals will be referal exchanging, means you tell someone to join your site and in turn you also join their site, i have got referals in this way only, so you can try it

Yea its pretty hard to get referrals. I have just put some banner links on my profile so you can try that. I'm new to this site too so just learning how to get around here. I've sent a friend request.

I agree with you that the direct referrals are hard to obtain. but if you give your referrals some hardcore payment proofs and good site to make money online. they would definitely will remain online. I have few articles on my blog about how to get good referrals and active ones. I every now and then get 1-2 referrals from my site.
I atleast make 20-30 referrals for one site.

Just todat I talk with some of my fellow students. They were interested on first sight but when i told them that you only win a little every day, they bugged off. The really thing you need to to is to get lucky and make someone to fell for your trick and if he likes it he would stay to make himself money, so you will make money too.
