Please talk about the Intrivew process,what strength it requires to clear all the rounds.

Hi,
There are various openings for the BPO's and call centre going on every day, just walk in any of the companies and give the interview and you will get the idea of it,or else register to any of the placement agency which offers such types of jobs,they will guide you there, and all that is needed for a BPO job interview is "PRESENCE OF MIND".
