How will you take care of your self? vices is a deterent it cannot be avoided, smoking may be can ruin you're life one way or another, too much liqour will damage your liver, too much fats will unsoundly break your cholesterol and being too much stressful is bad. Life as it is needs more care than doing laundry or sending your dog to a vet for check up, what does really matter is a good life a clean life stress free and smoke free cholesterol free. Cheese burger with extra fries please with extra Big Mac! their goes healthy eating...Healthy living.

Before I'm a chain smoker and a good drinker at the young age. Suddenly I change, why? Because I realized that my life is very important. I can't ruin my own life because of my bad habit's. I'm no longer drinking and smoking. I have a balance diet and exercise..

ahehe.. your right all those things will just ruin our lives.
for me, the best thing to preserve life is to eat a healthy and balanced meal, exercising regularly, avoiding vices especially smoking, it's the ultimate killer of all times.. hehe... and most important is to live a happy and stress free life.

The rule of the thumb is to go in moderation. You can have a taste of everything but in moderation. Excess is the culprit in what we have today, unhealthy lifestyle. If we can learn how to be in moderation, then maybe there will be no health problems and life span can be a little bit expanded?
