Loosing Weight!!!!

Hey guys, I'm ben and i'm 17. A few months ago i tried loosing weight, what i did was to totally cut off all fried stuffs and just exercise 25 minutes a day and it worked well i lost 12KG. I would just like to get some opinions on loosing weight the healthy way and exercising tips..

It's a funny thing to know that you are loosing your weight while am trying to gain weight,,hEhehe!Since I was a kid am so slim that's why some of my classmate bullied me that am so skinny.Here is the reason that i really want to gain weight.I hope we accomplish our mission..Godbless

A good exercise is the plank. I am sure you know this one. But do u know advance crunches twist? Lie down, put a weight on your chest, and hold it there with your arms. Then lift your legs off the ground, and rotate your body to make the weight touch either of your hips. Its a tricky one, and you have to make sure your feet dont touch the ground!

Sounds like you're already off to a really great start. Keep doing what you're doing. Also look for healthier options to what you're eating. Like replacing beef with turkey or soy products and choosing veggies over other side dishes. 25 minutes of exercise a day sounds really good, and I don't think you need to add any more exercise to each day but if you can then that's great too.

Wow sounds like you are definitely at a good start. I too have made some life changes for almost 3 years now. I eat very healthy 3 - 4 times a day, I no longer drink any type of colas but instead have substituted it for loads of water. I exercise routinely for 1/2 hour at a time.
I am able to eat virtually anything within in reason. I do substitute at times but it is because the increase in metabolism that allows me not to have to skimp so much.
I use to be a terrible roller coaster dieter so unless one makes life changes with their eating habits it will not work. So it takes discipline.

Great to hear your success in losing your weight.
I hope your lose weight program can be done correctly, else you are having a risk to your health.
Without any effort, I am in standard weight all the while.
ha! ha! ha!
Never jealous to me.
I am 170 pound, 172cm height.
I never know the reason I am in this range all the while.
It is just nice for a medium size as me.

wow! lucky you! i'm big so yeah lucky you. tried exercising but to no avail,stop eating rice but still no significant weight loss,don't know what to do anymore...i always read article on how to loose weight but yeah.... still nothing happen.
