One of the best exercises to tighten your stomach is leg rises. Lie on your back and lift your legs, Bring them back to your chest, push them out again. Do this every day for 2 months and then you can begin doing sit-ups. Stick your feet under something heavy like a sofa, then sit up without using your hands. These 2 exercises will tighten your stomach and get you back into shape within 4 months. Do them for about 15 minutes every day.

hahaha....same problem here an! getting lazy and feeling tired all throughout the day worsens not only my belly but my entire body! Felt quite sad about it cause some of my clothes wouldn't fit anymore, so disgusting! well if you have the guts to do dieting and exercise, that bulging belly will just disappear. So sad on my part because I'm not that motivated...if you have time, let's go visit the gym...hehehe

Hi there Anlume! Congratulations! About the belly, I think the best thing to do is sit-ups and some cardio exercise. You can also do jogging and of course, try to avoid to much carbohydrates. Good luck!

Crunches, bicycles, and planks. If nothing else, hold a plank position for one minute everyday. Harder than you think. Start out with 30 seconds and work up.

definitely sit ups can give you a flat belly sooner or later, plus proper diet ofcourse
