Can anyone help me figure out my dress size?

I've never worn a dress or costume (I know it's weird) but now since I'm looking for a costume for an event, I need to know my dress size. I looked up on how to measure myself and this is what I got. My bust is 32, my waist is 27 and my hips are 33. What dress size is this? I'm only 5'2, weigh 106 lbs and skinny so I'm kind of tiny.

Dear friend, I feel a good costume makes could give an accurate size. Moreover a tailor or dress maker could give a better dress make for you. Hope you will soon get a better one that is well fit and satisfactory.
