My life is complete. I have a wonderful husband with four beautiful children. I should be grateful and I am. I have all that matters. Yet, there is one materialistic thing I have not yet achieve and want so much for it to someday make it a reality. It would be great for my family and me. What is that? Well, it's a home I can call my own. For some reason, I have not been able to make this happen yet. I'm tired of paying rent and having to ask for permission.
Why must it be so difficult to make this a reality? I really don't know. I'm paying rent every single month for so long now. If I accumulate all that rent $$$ I could have owned a home.. I know this fact, but when it comes down to it, something kept on holding us back.
How did you finally come to make your decision/commitment to make your dream a reality?

Its not always easy to get along with such kind of decisions. Poeple do think a lot when they think about building a home or buying a new car. Why dont you save some amount every month or rather take a loan from a bank and repay the interest and the installments. Atleast if you do that you dont have to take permissions from anyone right??

Wish it was that simple. Every dollar has a place. Try to put any amount aside is near impossible. There is always something.... Not to say it is impossible to save, but pretty darn near impossible with us. As for banks loans... After their you know what... They are making it sooo much harder for people to get a loan. I don't want to add to the mess. I know what I can afford and what I can't. Right now, I probably could, but that would mean another financial burden on my family and I'm not ready to put them through that.

Hi..
I haven't fulfilled the greatest dream of my family yet, but I'm on my way to it! I have been working since last year and take note I was still 16 that time and now I'm 17 turning 18 soon..
I have overlooked that if I will just worked extra hard, maybe by the age of 20 or 21 I can give my family's greatest dream: to own our very own home!

Hey! It sounds like you`ve gone through your list of dreams and checked alot of things out. Which some people cant say for themselves. So, you made part of your dream a reality. Yes, renting sucks, but at least you have a place to live. If you made all that happen, I dont think owning a home is that impossible. If you dont give up, it can happen. Put some money aside for your future home, dont touch it. AT ALL. Have faith. Eyes on the prize and keep going. People have accomplished alot of stuff by not giving up. Goodluck.

It is true, I think I have accomplished quite a bit, and if I make this a reality, it would just be a great bonus. I'm not sweating it tho.. I am happy with what I've got. I've been blesses with what really matters. So I'll be patient and work hard toward owning my own home someday. If it is meant to be, I'll get mine soon. I won't give up.
Thank you for your response.

You will succeed if you truly believe that you can do it to the finish. Do not think on how it will be done, think only at what you want top become and it will be that way. image every day that you are already what you want to become and you will be in the future that person.

The day we stop dreamin is the day we die. It is good that you want your own place for you and your family. It would be very good, indeed, if you owned your own house because rents are high, and they get higher everytime. Try to consider options like looking for rent-to-own houses or apartment units. Or, see if you can afford a loan that can be paid over a number of years. But, you have to really study it well so you won't be burdened with loan for a long time.

Hi cxmecu
I am sort of still dreaming, lol.. I have accomplished a great deal in my life but some bumps along the way have cause a few bumps and set backs. But how I continue to fulfill my dreams is remembering my goals, persisting, and working really hard towards trying to accomplish. Never giving up even after failed attempts.
I do know what it is like to pay rent. Something I am not use to, because I did own a home for a very long time and currently do not. So I certainly know what it is like to have the wonderful ability to call a home our own.

To dream is free in this world so keep on dreaming my deaR, and as to your dream it is not impossible for you to achieve it. There's a lot of bank or House Mortgage out there offering housing loan program why not go and grab one for you, use your rental to pay your monthly amortization just a couple of years you have already your own house and called it your home. Work for your dreams in order to make it reality.

im also married with 2 kids. My eldest is 10 yrs. old going 11 this april 5, & my youngest is 9 yrs. old going 10 this july 30. We also experienced renting houses for a couple of years. Then one day, one of our churchmate offer us to take a look at a subdivision. She is an agent for realty properties. At that time, we only have the exact amount for the reservation fee, no more no less. But my husband decided to go for it because we already thinking that the money we are paying for the rents are going to waste. What if we put it to a rent to own house? So we decided to pay for the reservation and there it stated all up. And now I am happy to tell that we finally living to the house we once dreamed of. It is just a matter of courage and strong will that will lead you to what you are really hoping for. Just believe in your dreams, and one day it will surely come true! Good luck to you & to your family =)

My dream did not come to reality yet. Hope this summer to come. I want to get in the Romanian Gendarmerie to serve and protect. Thats my dream since i was a child. i pray to God every night and day to help me get there. I true believe that He is the only way to success. Only through Him all things are possible. I do not want a job well payed. I only want to be a gendarme. I believe that is my purpose in this life. I will die to protect the innocent.
