are you like me, when angry ?

I'm like that, too! Well, I'm a crier to start with, so I cry about anything When I'm really angry, I cry, because if I don't, I get violent! And, yes, after that, I feel relieved, too.

when i am angry to something it means that i am really angry, my whole muscles in all parts of my body were like having seizure and i feel like wanted to destroy something in my hand to release my anger and cry as long as i want and do something to release more of my anger like cleaning and after that my anger is gone.but eye bugs are still there.

I think most women does the same. Even those claiming or playing like a good breed person. Anger is a strong emotion that I believe should be released. i too cry, and i really cry a lot. I also shout and really throw a horrible words. But that depends on what the cause of my anger. If its all about betrayal I dont think I have to act rational to the offenders.

Yes i am like you so far as this aspect is taken into account, when there is some kind of difference of opinion with hubby or daughter in laws, i keep cool, go to my bed room, cry till i feel relived, this i call, 'crying out the anger' lol. Hi dear, Whenever I am very angry,I have never cried but I make others to cry.This is how I got angry.I think good method to calm ourselves say all the things in your mind to the respective person it will make you feel very relieve. Happy mylotting

lol that's a very unusual angry lol. when I'm so angry that hit my limit I cry too, it's because I feel so disappointed. but just a silent cry and not ranting :) seeing you're picture really makes me think that you are a cheerful woman and I hope you are. next time if you get angry and if ranting can make you feel good then that's fine (just don't break anything :p)
