Destination of travel with any risk!

I think that the majority of places in the world are safe most of the time but there can be exceptions. It is a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. My friend experienced an earthquake in San Francisco and it upset him loads. So off he went for a relaxing vacation in Fiji. Well it had a terrible hurricane and he got stuck there for longer than he had planned. I have traveled to more than fifty different countries and most of the time I have stayed safe. I had a cool front when I was in Belize but it was fine still warm and enjoyable. I have been to Israel and that is a country that can be very unstable. When I go to a place where mugging is a known problem I wear a money belt and have other money in a number of different places. I use my room's safe when I can do so. If there is a war in a country I won't visit it until it is safe again. I did that with Croatia and had a fantastic trip.
