I need your help what to choose LCD TV or PLASMA TV ?

I want to buy a TV and how bad the budget go I decide to choose between an LCD TV or Plasma TV. I need your help and tell me what to choose. Until recently , plasmas consume enormous amounts of power now seems not that much so I need your help to guide me in making the right choice. Thanks !!!

Plasma has a better picture, but it has been known that LCD's last longer. But in recent readings the Plasma's have been redone so that their life expectency is just as long as the LCD's. So if you are going for the best picture then defiantly go with the plasma tv.
