When i open my eyes, all I see what the room is still dark but somehow I have a feeling it should be around 5am or more.
After the toilet call, I tried to return to sleep but puffff~~~ it was tough when my mind was active again!
So, by wasting no time on my bed, i wake up and do something! first, boil some water, made myself a cuppa coco drinks and then get online.
what about you guys??
do you just go back to sleep and then just doze off?

Oh no once I am out of bed it is hard for me to climb back in. I am a terrible sleeper to begin with so waking up from a nightmare would make it worse.
I would perhaps go online depending on the hour and maybe do some research I was putting off. At which point I continue until maybe finally my eyes cannot take it anymore and perhaps climb back in bed depending on the hour.

I am a bad sleeper and usually get 6 hours of sleep. It is midnight now and climbing into bed soon. But when I have those kinds of night I can be up at 2am and hard to get back into the flow of sleep.

hi HWG,
what time did you managed to wake up today? :P
Yeah, having nightmares during sleep is the worst sleep catcher ever.
I just hope it won't happened too frequent!

waking up from such dreams....hmmm...I wonder how to do that...
perhaps some good massages before we go to sleep, and some tea to suit the thirst?
LOL

hi,
writing down is good but i still think it's better to just forget it.
I still remember the dreams this morning!
Freaks me out to be lying in a small space with only a small opening for the eyes to see! It was crazy!

Good morning Jackie...what was the nightmare? I woke up at about 5:30 and then come online. If you need to get rid of nightmares, try thinking sweet tots (of me and with me ... hehe) when you are in bed. (I mean as in you get the pleasure of hitting me like a voodoo doll and not what you are thinking..LOL). Then you might not get nightmares after all.
Good to see you around in the morning....yawn....now you make me feel like going back to sleep....

I often times awake in the night to a nightmare. Other times I will jump up frantic thinking someone was slamming on my house door. However this has never actually been the case. It is just my mind and my worries catching me offhand.
I have got used to this and will fall right back asleep as I have to be up for work and need as much sleep as i can. But you just get used to it in time.
