Do u trust your friends?

The reason i'm Asking this is because well i don't consider him a friend since a while ago for many reasons but he's a friend to my family almost every1 knows him since we were kids we're the same age but he began to hang out with my older brother like 2 years ago since he began drinking smoking etc... Like my bro. Reasons i began to dislike him was bcus he would always get on my nerves not by words but by action like smacking u on ur head while EATING! I have fought with him several times in my own house when things got out of line but yeah he is funny at times but alot of the times he does things dat r really not funny. Hes way more immature than me n he runs his mouth all day trying to annoy me when he used to come over almost every day of the week but i ignore him n he wont stop until he gets my attention like until i tell him to stfu or something. Like wtf is wrong with him?!?!? Well this has nothing to do with my question but ok the reason i ask this is because i barely got an ipod touch with built in camera 32g n only had it 4 2 months and it is GONE! The night b4 i let my bro use it as usual at night n that foo slept over that day. The next morning i woke up n asked my bro to give me my itouch he said its next to the computer where he usually left it sometimes it would be next to him since he would fall asleep listening to it. I couldn't find it anywhere but i didn't suspect anything so i waited 4 him to get ou the bed so i could check under it or the sheets but i couldn't find anything. Then i did begin to suspect something since he left early in the morning i saw him leave but he didn't close the door well as usual (idiot) since the day my ipod touch went missing he never called my house came by nothing of contact which is why i think it was him. He's not in school since we go to the same 1 n haven't seen him go months b4 my itouch went missing. On weekdays he would already be knocking on the front door around 7 a.m i preferred going to school than dealing with him. I have insurance on my itouch but does losing it or having it stolen cover it to get a new 1? I know it didn't get stolen by force but idk what to do! But its just that alot of things point at him that he took it but i'm still not sure! What should i do?
