Call-Centers & IT Industries Should Stop giving night-shift to GIRLS?

You are absolutely right in Delhi city many girl bearing the loss of this shift. Because rape cases is increasing in Delhi. I think not only Delhi but other city also stop night shift for girls. Govt should apply this rule.

ohh yes many problems faced by girls but still working is going on as there is lot of competition and lack of jobs. The government should bring some rules so that we get the proper jobs.

Why are you saying this? A lot of industries like the company I work for actually hires more girls than guys, and I work for a Call Center helping people get a cab. I guess you would have to explain yourself a little more about what type of Call center job you mean.

If the companies that the girls work at are in unsafe areas it would be best to provide safety to them. Perhaps if they take public transportation may some security officer in the area would be of help. Perhaps put together some form of video cameras in the parking lots as well. Although it will not prevent but have perhaps a security officer monitoring the entire garaged and or parking area as well.

So far as job is considered male and female have equal right, more over women prefer to work in night shifts, a friend of mine prefers night shifts, she says work pressure is less at night , she can even do some on line jobs and earn.. Thank you so much for sharing Namastey. Kalyani
