Where can i buy Michelin tyres for my bike in Chennai?

I have planned to replace my rear tyre of my Hero honda splendor plus to a Michelin M45 tyre. Does anyone know where are original Michelin bike tyres sold in Chennai. Any Authorised shops available in Chennai?? And an additional question, My current rear tyre size is 2.75x18 48P. I have planned to replace it to a Michelin's 3.00x18" tyre. I know it will cost around Rs1500.. By changing into this little wider tyre, will my bike lose millage and pick power? Is it good to go with it..?
