What I am doing right now is finding the exercises on youtube depending on your preference like if you want yoga then you can find something for beginners or abdominal exercises can do they boxing. As of now I have no means of being a member in gym but then I am just imitating the exercises that I am watching on youtube of course by following it. Proper diet is what I am doing as well. Most of all you must really have DETERMINATION so that you will do this exercises as part of your daily routine.

Work for it! go running and watch what you eat and you should loose weight in no time :D
