unable to access nxtbux

hi frns,i unable to open the nxtbux from 2 days.i have 50 refs and i'm losing all my ref clicks when i opening the site it shows the error "Forbidden You dont have permission to access /index.php on this server Aditionally,a 500 internal server error was encountered while trying to use an Errordocument to handle the request" All the remaining ptc sites are working fine for me.plz tell me some suggestions Thank u!!!!
