To be the truth, i dont like milk. It tastes like nothing. Sometimes when i drink about 250ml or above milk, i feel like to throw out. But my mom always tell me milk is good for health and make me drink a lot.
So i have to drink milk everyday. I think i can eat some food just beacuse it is healthy, even i dont like it.

I hate cows milk. Cows milk is not good for humans to drink in my opinion. You don't see cats drinking milk from pigs do you. Even as a baby I didn't like cow's milk. When I eat cereal I only use rice milk. I can cook and eat food with cow's milk which is very rare but to drink it straight to me is disgusting.

Personally I think that milk is a food not meant for Adults as they don’t have the capacity to digest Lactose as the nature stops the production of the enzyme which is responsible for digesting this sugar in the milk as one grows older.
However Milk is very good food for Children!
Milk consists of globules of butterfat suspended in a solution containing milk sugar (lactose), proteins (mostly casein), and salts of calcium, phosphorus, chlorine, sodium, potassium, and sculpture. It is deficient, however, in dietary iron and is an inadequate source of vitamin C.
Water constitutes 80 to 90 per cent of whole milk. Fresh milk has a pleasant odour and a sweet taste. Its relative density varies from 1.018 to 1.045, with cows' milk varying from 1.028 to 1.035.
The globules of fat have a lower relative density than the milk in solution, and consequently rise to the top, forming cream when the milk stands in a container.
Placing the milk in a centrifuge accelerates the separation of fat from whole milk. What remains after removal of the cream is called skimmed milk. Half-fat milk is known as semi-skimmed. If, however, whole milk is forced through small nozzles, the fat globules are so reduced in size that they do not separate thereafter. This product is called homogenized milk; almost all milk in industrialized countries undergoes homogenization. When chilled cream is churned gently, the fat globules gather together to form butter, leaving buttermilk as the by-product.
Yoghurt is a popular fermented milk product, often made with the addition of fruit flavourings.
Acidification of milk, or the addition of the enzyme rennin, turns most of the protein into curds, or casein. This product is well digested and tolerated by adult human being. The residual liquid is known as whey. The casein may be converted to cheese or used in such commercial products as glue, textiles, and paints; it may also be converted to a valuable plastic by reaction with formaldehyde.
Almost all milk, in order to insure its safety for human use, undergoes pasteurization and is then chilled before it is packaged and delivered. It is the most highly tested foodstuff.
Many countries use milk from various animals other than cow. Goats, camels, llamas, reindeer, sheep, and buffalo are all important milk producers around the world.
