WITH THE NAME OF GO.
depression. A disease, a mental disorder or the ill behavior of nervous system.
what so on! the question is ARE WE ALL DEPRESSED?
It is not untrue if we say it is true.If we say 95%, it means we all. may be some one is is in the earlier stages but most of us are depressed. Lets have a test.
I claim myself being 100% free of depression then,
1. why I fell board of the same things I feel often happy of the same.
2. Why I misbehave to them about home I preach " Always respect them"
3. Why I get angry on the matters for which I feel sorry with the passage of time.
4. Why I hesitate to do the things, that are being easily done by the people not genius than me.
and hundreds of situations with this status. what do you say,
AM I NOT DEPRESSED. ARE YOU NOT DEPRESSED. ARE WE ALL.........???

Depression is nothing but a level of sadness. Like laughter or joy, sadness is merely a natural human emotion! You combat this situation by addressing the unpleasant events in your life. Stay away from addictive substance by doctors seeking to prevent you from being human!
On the other hand, obesity and high blood sugar are also known causes of depression. If you are sufferer of any of the above, then all you need is good eating habit - especially drastic cut-down on carbohydrates and some daily exercise. No med needed or necessary!

Depression, like high blood pressure or diabetes, is not an illness! Stop making the pharmaceutica industry and its sadistic allies - FDA and doctors - rich and making yourself sick and senseless!

I used to be depressed, to the point where, I didn't even want to get out of bed and cried for hours. I guess I just got tired, one day I was sitting in my room looking outside the window, it was a beautiful day with blue skies, and I said to myself, heck I am young, life goes by too fast, we only live once, why waste my time feeling sorry for myself when I can be living my life. Now, I spend as much time as possible doing the things that I love and when I am about to feel depressed I think about happier days-it helps a lot. I was being depressed because I chose to not because is some kind of disease, but that's just my personal opinion, some people need meds to control their feelings, I chose not to be one of them.

I think we all have a little bit depressed sometimes. Well, we all have stress come from family, work or somewhere. It's normal to have it. And I think most of us can overcome this

i have major depressive disorder and it's not at all like just feeling sad sometimes. it's a very physical disease; i felt run down and sluggish all day every day, i couldn't eat because everything tasted like cardboard, nothing (and i mean NOTHING) was enjoyable. all i wanted to do was sleep because just being awake was difficult. everything requires so much effort. so no, we're not all depressed. it's a common disease, but not everyone is depressed. people who haven't experienced depression just simply can't fully understand the magnitude of the disease.
