I can't help but face my rhinitis or runny nose when the cold weather sets in. I couldn't contain these situation which I find it irritating especially in the early morning and late night!
Of course, medicine can make me better, but at times, I opt not to rely too much on that. I and my son has to come face to face with this unpleasant scenario. But I think I have to live with it in this cold weather. :(

I get those running nose and sneezing problems often throughout the winter time. It is really so disturbing to the people around. I drink orange juice every morning at breakfast time, and that helps in relieving the cold. From time to time, I also have to take vitamin C tablets too.

Hi. greenline. I have also heard that taking Vitamin C tablets will ward off colds from taking upon over your Immune System. My husband takes a Vitamin C chewable tablet before he goes to work. This will help him to keep from getting sick while he is working in the cold weather outside. I hope that taking Vitamin C tablets will help you too. Take care.

Hi. dynzdolina. Allergies is the worst sickness to have, for many people that has allergies. I don't have allergies, but certain things that I may come into contact with will irritate my nose. I hope that you and your son will feel better very soon. Take care of yourselves.
