Leader or assistant leader - which one to prefer?

I believe this question is somewhat stereotype, but let's face it...Leadership is something that has been fought for for centuries and in fact since the beginning of time, ranging from animals to human being...Nevertheless, leadership is indeed no easy task, because throughout the centuries we have seen some, if not many leaders fail to hold their oath and trust placed upon them... Personally, I don't really like to be a leader...Being a leader needs true commitment and willpower...Quoted from my favorite superhero, great power comes with great responsibility...With great power, you must be ready to be responsible when troubles and problems arise...Instead, I would prefer to be the sidekick, or the assistant leader to be precise...That leaves me to be the next person to be pointed responsible, but it is way better than being the first to face it... What is your opinion? Do you like to be a leader, or like me, be the sidekick?
