I left two PTCs in March and I joined last week a social task site, Subvert and Profit. I had to verify some social sites accounts. I verified four accounts, among them two -- YouTube and Digg -- where I have many small 10/12 cents tasks offered by another site daily -- YouTube -- or weekly -- Digg -- that I hesitate to do, because the "employers" have adopted the strategy to let YouTube and Digg tasks be automatically validated after a delay of seven days, and this delay is able to block my possibilities of earnings due to a minimal "temporary success rating" needed to submit new tasks.
I read, once the verification done, that I needed to install a FireFox add-on to be able to see if a task was available. An add-on like this is a sort of spyware, able at least to check your presence online, and I decided to install a completely independent version of FireFox for Subvert and Profit : in Linux, this is not impossible, but it took me two hours...
Even if these accounts have been created only to earn online and all my true data are hidden, there is something scary to give to one site all your accounts in the same profile page, and it is why I verified only four accounts through their verification process.
Two days after, I wanted to do a Digg task in another site, and... Digg refused my digg, asking me to verify my email. I verified it through their process... and the email address was refused again. I realized that I gave as my email another one at Subvert and Profit. I verified it at Digg... and it has been accepted ! I made a modest Digg task at myLot to control that I was able to digg a page again.
The "Privacy Policy" of Subvert and Profit says : "We will not release your personal information to any third parties." This problem at Digg is perhaps a coincidence, but I have a doubt, as the previous email address was accepted during 18 months for this account and is still valid. Well, if Digg is satisfied by this fake email address created to join Subvert and Profit, I have nothing to object.
In 2010, Subvert and Profit was bought by CrowdSource Corp. Their blog is no more updated since April 2010.
During a week, no tasks were offered to me when I was logged in. Today I have diminished my minimum required amount of money for a YouTube task to... $0.01 ! It is a test to check definitely the validity of this site for me... At this price, if no task is offered during the next 12 hours, I will cancel this account and look elsewhere.
Have you been paid recently by Subvert and Profit ? Have you noticed some problems like my problem at Digg soon after joining this site, if you have joined it ? Your opinion about Subvert and Profit and more generally about "social task sites" ?

Sorry Topffer I have no clue about CrowdSource Corp.
But I am a Digg Member and not from the beginning had any issues with it. But I would like to know more about CrowdSource Corp because I believe you are saying it is like the other task site you and I belong to??
I do like social task sites and find them to be easy earning, low at times but not difficult. The only thing I do not like are downloads, out side of that I do enjoy mostly all else.
