You first clarify your question and then asked it. What review and where? All you have to mention and atleast name the site or provide us the url. I don't get your idea what u saying.

You don't remember the site because you don't choose to.

On myLot you don't get paid a flat rate per post, but I must say I've never heard even the most highly ranked users getting paid as much as this reviewer you mentioned said he was. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by eligible/noneligible posts, but if you post something that breaks the guidelines here your post will be deleted and you won't make anything from it! Actually, the amounts you're talking about remind me of a review site called Review Stream...there the review rate is $1.50 for in-demand reviews that meet the site's criteria and $0.30 is the "bulk rate" for reviews that don't meet all the site's criteria. Could that be the site you're thinking of?

I can say with certainty that that person was talking through the opening that one presumes that he sits upon. 'Eligible' posts earn exactly what the earnings algorithm deem they shall earn according to quality. 'Ineligible' posts are generally deleted and therefore earn nothing. To understand how MyLot works, read the following two pages CAREFULLY and THOROUGHLY: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx http://www.mylot.com/o/guidelines.aspx
