Admin knows the aglorithm but he is not going to explain it to us and we are told NOT to discuss it in the dicussions.
Just have fun here and particpate in the discussions and you will see the cents add up.

If you have a Paypal account and your earning can reach USD10 by the end of this month. Then Mylot will pay for you automatically before 15th next month. This is why you will see some people especially post more by the end of each month.

Just stay active here, replying to posts and starting new discussions. You can also earn through tasks and by even using the Mylot search bar for searching stuff online.
Also, give special care to the quality of the posts. Make meaningful and descriptive posts so that everybody gets benefitted. This will help you make your earning increase as well.
